PDG Ed Gronke Polio Plus and How Rotary is conquering Polio
PDG Ed Gronke has been the district 5100 Chair of Polio Plus and will take us through an evolving history of Rotary and it's fight to eliminate Polio around the world. This is a Rotary educational program and facts will be presented that provide an excellent knowledge base for all Rotarians. PDG Ed provides a presentation, tailored to the club, on the history of Polio in the world, how Rotary became involved and where we stand in our drive to eradicate Polio worldwide.

Betsy Stephens, TRF Specialist Rotary Foundation and Paul Harris Fellowships
As a TRF Specialists (in the Columbia River Region), Betsy assists clubs in understanding The Rotary Foundation (TRF). Her focus is to help clubs, (and members individually) understand how the TRF functions, from membership giving, Grant information, and all levels of Paul Harris contributions. She works diligently on the area of individual member giving, and getting clubs to at least $100 per member for sustaining Paul Harris Fellowships per year. Betsy shows how this is a reachable and rewarding goal for each member, once they understand where their hard earned $’s go.

Meeting Logistics:
Day: Tuesday
Social Time: 5:15-5:30pm
Meeting Time: 5:30 - 6:30 (30 minutes Club Business, 30 minute program)
Location: Shilo Inn
For Rotarians / Guests attending our meetings, we suggest you arrive 30 min prior to meeting start to order your meal/appetizers.
For Rotarians who are doing a "Makeup" or anyone not ordering from the menue, there will be a $5 Fee.
The meetings will start promptly at the indicated time but it will take time to process your food order.
Payment for meals/food will be made directly to the Shilo Inn.
